Terms of Use

1. What this is

Delivery Damage is run by Inderpreet Singh Vohra, an individual in Ontario, Canada. It turns an Uber Eats order export into an entertainment recap on your own device.

It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uber. Uber and Uber Eats are trademarks of Uber Technologies, Inc. They are mentioned only to describe which files the site can read. Contact: support@deliverydamage.com.

2. Using the site

Only use your own Uber export, or one you have permission to use. Please don’t attack or disrupt the site. Don’t present a recap as an official Uber statement, and don’t use it to harass anyone.

3. Your data

Your files and your recap belong to you. The site processes them on your device and never sends them to me, so I claim no rights to them. See the Privacy Notice for details.

4. Accuracy

Every number comes from the export you provide. Exports can be incomplete, and refunds, fees or tips that aren’t in the file are not guessed. Only orders in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) are supported, one currency at a time. A year you select may not include every order you made that year.

5. Tips

Tips through Ko-fi are optional, one-time gifts. They don’t unlock features, support or anything else, and the site stays free either way. See Tips & Refunds for how tips and refunds work.

6. Content

The site’s design, text and code are © 2026 Inderpreet Singh Vohra. Restaurant and dish names shown in your recap come from your own export and belong to their owners.

7. No guarantees

The site is provided “as is”. It may have bugs, change, or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for losses from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn’t remove any protection that the laws of your own province give you.

9. Changes

If these terms change, I’ll update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
